How to declare share capital contribution
Once a company has registered its share capital in the Commercial Register, the share capital amount should be also declared in the Tax Authorities system. Here are the instructions on how this can be done:
Enter Tax Authorities website emta.ee
Choose the company
3. Click on "Taxes" and "TSD"
4. Add new
5. Choose the period (year and month)
6. Choose Annex 7
7. Put contributed amount
8. Click "Save and check for errors" and go back "to summary form"
9. Click the "Submit" button
